Complete Property Description:

The 'Pavillon d'Horloge', built at the beginning of 1800, is a detached property in the grounds of the main house. This two bedroom, well presented house benefits from a sunny courtyard garden.
The house has been newly restored incorporating many of the original features including exposed beams, stripped wood doors and terracotta floors. All rooms are spacious light and airy.
Entry is through French windows into the open plan kitchen / living area. The kitchen is well equipped with electric and gas hob, dishwasher, electric grill / oven, micro wave and larder fridge. Satellite tv and a music center are available for your use. A stone case leads to the second floor where you will find a king sized double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with views over the courtyard to the gardens of the main house. Both rooms benefit from large wardrobes for clothing storage.
The large bathroom is between the two bedrooms; this is equipped with twin sinks, a purpose built shower and WC.
Adjoining the house is a store room containung the washing machine and a fridge freezer.
The 'gîte' is centrally heated for your comfort in the winter season.
Sheets and towels are provided.

Directions

Les différents itinéraires pour nous rejoindre:
1. A7 Orange - A9 Montpellier ( La Languedocienne ) , sortie Agde / Pézenas, direction Pézenas, St. Thibéry, Montblanc, Servian, Espondeilhan. Juste avant Espondeilhan tournez à gauche en prenant direction Cabrerolles, et juste après le château de Cabrerolles vous avez sur votre droite un portail avec le panneau Manoir les Menestrels; vous êtes arrivés.
2. En venat du Nord - A 75 direction Béziers - Après Valros tournez à droite, Servian, Espondeilhan, etc.
3. Par RYAN-AIR à l'aéroport de Montpellier vous avez la possibilité de louer une voiture.
4. Prendre la voiture par le train jusqu'au Narbonne, depuis Narbonne prendre A9 direction Moantoellier, sotir à Béziers Est. Puis direction Bédarieux, Roujan, Espondeilhan. Juste avant Espondeilhan tournez à droite en prenant direction Cabrerolles.
