Complete Property Description:

Les Muriers is situated in a quiet lane amongst vineyards, yet only 10 minutes stroll from the heart of Pézenas. This delightful, first floor, self catering apartment has two spacious bedrooms, one twin and one double, and each has the luxury of it's own en-suite shower room and hairdryer. The modern corner kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven with 4 ring hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all utensils. The living area has comfortable lounge seating and a dining table for four. There is a television for use with French terrestrial stations, a video player and DVD player plus a separate CD/radio. Cot and high-chair are available at no extra charge.
The apartment has its own private access stairs and south facing terrace with a wonderful view across the garden and on over the vineyards to the mountains of the Espinouse. Below, in the garden there is a private area for the sole use of the guests of our apartment, with table and chairs and sun loungers.
Facilities include use of a washing machine and drying lines, barbecue, plus safe parking within the grounds. Les Muriers and L'Orée des Vignes has a large fully enclosed garden for the use of all of our guests for games and relaxation. Soak up the sun or unwind with a book in the cool shade of the trees. Enjoy a game of boules, or kick a ball around on the grass and dip into the 10m x 5m pool to cool off.
For the essential supplies, there are two excellent supermarkets only 5 minutes drive away.
Set in the heart of the Languedoc, you’ll find the delights and activities of the lively Mediterranean beaches, beautiful mountains, rolling vineyards and magnificent Cathar castles only a drive away.
Weekend breaks and special rates are available out of high season.

Attractions & Facilities

Pezenas makes a perfect base for house-hunting or holidaying and discovering all that beautiful Languedoc/Roussillon has to offer. Mediterranean beaches are only 25km away. A 50 minutes drive takes you to the ancient walled cities of Carcassonne and Aigues-Mortes. For those seeking active pursuits there is canoeing on the nearby rivers Hérault and Orb, and sailing on the Etang de Thau and from Cap d'Agde. Pezenas offers a wide selection of antique shops and the Saturday markets are lively and fascinating and full of local products. Golfers will find interesting and picturesque golf courses within easy reach and for the walkers, only 15 kms inland takes you to the Monts de l'Espinouse with their gorges and summits and south, beyond Perpignan, about 1 hr away, are the Pyrenees and Spain. For the less ambitious the rolling countryside is dotted with many little villages steeped in history and character. On a grander scale, beautiful and lively Montpellier is only 45 mins away.

Directions

From motorway A9 take exit 34, from Motorway A75 take exit 59. Follow signs to Pezenas and the centre ville.
Look for signs to "Camping St Christol" it is well signed on the main roads around Pezenas. Follow these right to the campsite, pass the entrance, and we are the second gateway on the right after the campsite entrance.
