This charming cottage offers a delightful self-catering experience with a generous floor area of 126 m². With 3 bedrooms and the capacity to sleep 6 guests, it is the perfect accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The cottage boasts 2 bathrooms, ensuring convenience and comfort for all occupants.Situated near the beach and with easy access to the sea, this splendid detached property is ideally located. Its terrace provides a wonderful space for outdoor relaxation, while the enclosed garden offers privacy and tranquility. The spacious open plan split-level living room features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge area complete with a wood burning stove and TV.
The cottage is well-suited for families, with various amenities available to accommodate children. These include adult bunk beds in one of the bedrooms, a double bed in another bedroom, and a double bed on the mezzanine. Additionally, a child bed with sides is provided for children up to 3 years old. Stair gates, a high chair, and a playpen are also available for added convenience.
