Located between the Loire and Sologne regions, along the famous castle route, you will find two charming and well-appointed rooms available for your stay. These rooms have been awarded a 3-ear classification and are housed in a beautifully renovated building with exposed beams and stonework that adds character and charm. Situated in a separate building, adjacent to the owner's residence, these rooms offer a tranquil and peaceful environment. From their windows, you can enjoy views of a spacious garden, which is exclusively available to guests. The family room features one king-size bed and two single beds, while the other room offers a choice between a king-size bed or two single beds. Each room has its own private shower room and toilet. Additionally, there is a large communal area with a cozy lounge and fireplace, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. A library is also at your disposal. For your convenience, there is ample parking within an enclosed courtyard. If you would like to indulge in a delicious meal, a table d'hôte service is available upon reservation. Furthermore, we offer a 10% discount for bookings of two nights or more between November and March. Our establishment welcomes guests all year round and is easily accessible, just a 5-minute drive from the A. 10 Meung-sur-Loire exit, 12 minutes from the A. Vraiment comme chez soi
Nous venons de passer deux nuits au Clos Tilia, nous sommes enchantés.
L accueil par lespropriétaires, le cadre, les locaux , le petit dejeuner parfaits!!!!
Nous étions quatre adultes et deux enfants cet hébergement est idéal, le jardin clos, les jeux enfants tout est pensé.

Parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes
Nous avons passé 2 nuits chez Chantal et Gérard en Avril 2015.
Avec 2 enfants on était toujours confronter au problème de trouver un hôtel avec assez grande chambre pour 4 personnes...a un prix raisonnable...une mission presque impossible...
Voila pourquoi nous avons décider de tenter les B&B et/ou les gites...très répandu en France.
Après quelques recherches sur Google (qui d'autre...;-)) on est arrivé sur le site de Clos Tilia qui offrait une chambre pour 4 personnes a un prix de 98/nuit avec petit déjeuner.
Nous avons téléphoné et reçu l'information par Gérard que la chambre était disponible et qu'il allait nous confirmer les 2 nuits + nous envoyé les détails GPS. Une petite remarque: nous avons discuté avec Gérard le matin, mais nous avons reçu la confirmation par mail que tard dans l'après-midi...donc il y avait cette incertitude que tout était OK - si possible il faudra essayer d'envoyer la confirmation par mail dans l'heure.
Il faut arriver au gite entre 17H - 19H, mais après avoir téléphoner à Gérard il était très aimable de nous informer qu'il n'y avait pas de problème d'arriver après 19H...très important quand on est sur la route!
Avec les coordonnés GPS il n'y a pas de problème de retrouver le gite, sans GPS il faut faire attention, car c'est un petit village et on peut facilement louper l'adresse.
Chose importante - dans la cours d'entrée il y a assez de place pour laisser sa voiture et il y a une porte automatique, donc de point de vue de la sécurité pas de problème. Juste à côté du gite il y a aussi un petit parking qui peut être utilisé, si nécessaire.
Le gite est composé d'un hall/living avec une cuisine. Il y a aussi un grand jardin (très important si vous avez des enfants, car ils pourrons joué sans problème là-bas. Dans le hall il y a un feu ouvert. On monte pour arriver dans les chambres: il y a 1 chambre pour 4 personnes et 1 chambre pour 2 personnes. Nous étions dans la chambre pour 4.
La chambre est assez grand et il y a assez d'espace + la salle de bain est elle aussi bien spacieuse.
Quand on est arrivé il dans le gite il faisait un peu froid (probablement la journée avant notre arrivé il n'y avait pas eu des gens, mais Gérard a immédiatement allumait le feu ouvert dans le living et mis le chauffage dans la chambre en marche. Ça a pris un peu du temps mais finalement il faisait bien chaud après (chose quand même importante si vous êtes avec des enfants).
On a dormi très bien, car il était très calme...pas de bruit de tout, donc parfait pour se reposer de la longue route ou des visites aux châteaux de la Loire...:-).
Le matin après 8H30 il y a un petit déjeuner avec du café/thé ou lait chaud avec des baguettes et des différents confitures faites maison très délicieux. Le petit déjeuner n'ai pas somptueux, mais il y a tout...peut-être seulement il faudra ajouter un peu de jambon et fromage.
Chantal et Gérard sont restés avec nous pendant le petit déjeuner pour discuter et pour nous proposer les endroits à visiter (ils ont beaucoup de brochures). C'était très agréable, car ça nous a permis de mieux les connaître et on pense que la même chose pour eux. On a échangé des informations et des idées professionnels, donc il se peut que dans le future on reste en contacte aussi pour notre travail.
On a même reçu comme cadeau un pot de confiture fait maison.
Pour finir, nous vous conseillons vivement de visiter le gite le Clos Tilia de Chantal et Gérard.

Directions
Accessing the village of Clerys is very convenient. We are located near the Basilica and are also in close proximity to the motorway exits. If you are coming from the A10 motorway exit 15 Meung sur Loire, it will take you approximately 5 minutes to reach us. Alternatively, if you are coming from the A71 exit 2-Olivet, it will take you around 12 minutes to get to us. From the A10 exit 15 Meung sur Loire, head towards Miller and then proceed towards the Basilica Clery St Andre in Meung sur Loire. Once you reach Clery, take a left at No. 8 on the street from Meung.
If you are coming from the A71 exit 2 Olivet, after the toll, turn right towards D15 Jouy le Potier. After approximately 6 km, turn right towards the Mézières Clery and the Basilica Clery St Andre. In Clery, drive along the basilica and when you reach the main road, turn right and then left towards the fire Meung sur Loire. You will find us at number 8, just 50 m on the right.
If you are arriving from Montargis and heading towards Orleans, continue on the bypass until the end. Cross the Loire using the Bridge of Europe and join the D951. Continue towards St Hilaire St Mesmin, Mareau meadows, and Clery. Then, take a right at the traffic light before the basilica, heading towards Meung sur Loire.
