Description for Gite
Located in the peaceful countryside, this spacious 64 sqm² gîte is situated on a large enclosed property adorned with an array of vibrant trees and beautiful flowers. The gîte is positioned on the first floor of the owner's house, boasting an independent access via outside stairs. It is conveniently located near two other charming gîtes.The accommodation features a comfortable lounge area and a generous kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals. There is a delightful bedroom with a luxurious 160cm bed, as well as an additional bedroom furnished with three cozy 90cm beds. The small bathroom is equipped with a refreshing shower and a convenient toilet.
For your convenience, the gîte includes essential amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge with a deep freezer, color TV, DVD player, telephone, and WiFi. Additionally, there is a cozy fireplace to create a warm and inviting ambiance.
Bed sheets are available for hire at a cost of 10 euros per set, while towels can be rented for 5 euros per person. If desired, a cleaning service can be arranged upon departure for an additional fee of 60 euros.
Step outside onto the charming 13 sqm² terrace which features comfortable teak furniture, providing an ideal spot to relax and soak in the peaceful surroundings. Guests will also have access to a shared pool measuring 13*6, along with garden furniture, a barbecue area, a delightful arbour, and an outdoor shower.
Please note that there will be an extra charge for heating during your stay.

Directions
To reach your destination, Porto Vecchio, follow the directions until you reach QUERCIOLO. Once you reach the end of the village, take a left turn just in front of Garage RENAULT. Drive for approximately 2.700 kilometers towards the sea until you see the signpost for Gite Rural. Then, turn right and you will find the house located 200 meters away on your right.
