This charming gite offers comfortable living spaces with a fantastic orientation on three sides - east, north, and west. With a spacious area of 65 m², the house also features a convenient 9 m² loggia on the ground floor. Enjoy cozy warmth with the floor heating system, perfect for those colder days.

The gite boasts its own individual entrance on the ground floor and private parking for your convenience. Inside, the living room is well-equipped with a dining area and a cozy sitting area furnished with pine furniture, a color TV, DVD player, and a radio/CD player. Snuggle up on the 2-seater sofa or relax in the two armchairs beside the wood-burning fireplace.

The fully fitted kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, electric hob, electric oven, toaster, and all necessary dishes and utensils for your culinary needs. Sleeping arrangements include one room with a comfortable 140 cm bed for two people, complete with a comforter and blanket. Additionally, there is another room with three single beds measuring 90 cm each, also equipped with comforters and blankets.

The gite features a well-appointed bathroom with a sink, shower, and WC. For breathtaking views, step into the 6 m² loggia overlooking the lake and Embrun.

Outside, there is an outdoor area equipped with games for children, garden furniture, an individual barbecue, and ball games for extra entertainment. With an altitude of 860m, this gite promises a truly memorable and enjoyable stay.
