Experience a serene and tranquil stay at our Bed and Breakfast, situated in a private studio within a beautiful Zen garden. Enjoy the peaceful ambiance on the sunny terrace. The spacious room features a large sofa bed for two, along with a 26m² living room that includes a dining area and a bathroom with a shower. Stay connected with our internet and WiFi facilities. Convenient parking is available right outside the house. Our location is ideal for exploring the region or for those attending an internship at the University Hospital, which is only 1.3 km away or 2 tram stops from Pellegrin. We are also conveniently located 8 km from the airport and 5 km from the historic center of Bordeaux, with easy access via Avenue F. Mitterrand, which connects the ring and boulevards. The tram stop is only 250 meters away, providing hassle-free transportation to the center of Bordeaux and its platforms, without the need to worry about traffic or parking. Additionally, there is a Velib rental fleet available just 400 meters away at the tram stop "fountains arlac".
For an additional fee, indulge in a delightful French breakfast for only 6€ per person per day. This includes a selection of pastries, fresh bread, butter, jam, fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, milk, chocolate, and cereals.

Séjour très agréable, un havre de paix en ville en pleine verdure, à proximité du tram et des commerces. Maison indépendante moderne avec toutes commodités.
Nous avons apprécié les bonnes adresses de Jean-Guillaume, pour la découverte de Bordeaux.
Un avant-goût pour revenir très vite !

excellent accueil, discretion et disponibilité au rendez vous. cadre fort sympathique même si on se trouve en ville.
