Description for B&B:

Come and relax in the beautiful region of Sud-Goëlo, known for its stunning sandy beaches and enjoyable sea outings. Explore the custom coastal pathways of GR34 or venture inland to experience the authentic beauty of Brittany's rugged landscapes and rich coastal history. Our small Anglo-French family, well-traveled and welcoming, invites you to stay in our comfortable accommodations. Choose from double, triple rooms or family suites that can accommodate up to 6 people. Each room includes a small lounge area, television, and Wi-Fi throughout. In total, we have 3 family suites or 6 rooms, providing accommodation for approximately 15 people.

Our Pierre Loti Suite consists of two large rooms, La Bleue and La Rose, ideal for families or friends traveling together. The suite includes a spacious modern shower room located between the two rooms. If only one room is booked, the other room remains unoccupied, ensuring the privacy of the bathroom under one booking.

We also offer the Maisonnette, a 2-room suite called Nid d'Amour, suitable for up to 5 people. The upstairs bedroom features a large double bed and a single bed, while the downstairs lounge can be converted into a comfortable double bedroom with a double mattress and memory topper mattress. This suite includes a modern shower bathroom on the ground floor, making it accessible without having to climb any stairs. Additionally, it has its own private entrance and a table with chairs in our courtyard garden for outdoor relaxation.

Another option is our smaller family suite called Rousseau-La Perouse, which consists of a double bedroom named La Chambre Verte, usually prepared with 2 single beds or an additional 3rd single bed upon request. The second bedroom, La Chambre Marine, offers a large double bed and a TV. This suite has a functional private bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Situated on the second floor, guests will have the entire floor to themselves. It is suitable for families, friends, or couples when booking only one room.

We frequently accommodate tourists, business travelers, walkers, cyclists, and large groups taking multiple rooms. In low season, prices start from 55 euros for one person, 65 euros for a couple, 75 euros for three sharing a room, and 85 euros per night for the 2-room suite/maisonnette, including breakfast. For prices in mid or high seasons, please inquire or refer to our price table. We also offer the option of evening meals, featuring Breton, French, or International cuisine, with menus ranging from 15 to 35 euros per person, including drinks. We often incorporate organic fruits and vegetables from our garden and use local produce. Upon request and availability, guests may use our family kitchen to prepare occasional meals or enjoy the tea/coffee facilities in the guest rooms. Additionally, we provide a fully equipped summer kitchen in our spacious garden, complete with fridges for each suite/room, a gas cooker/oven, microwave, and a gas BBQ.

In summary, our accommodations include:
- Chambre Rose: double or triple room with a large double bed (1.7 x 2m) and a single bed
- Chambre Bleue: double or triple room with a double bed (1.4 x 2m)
- Maisonnette (ground floor): double room with a double bed (1.4 x 2m) or as a lounge
- Maisonnette (top floor): double or triple room with a double bed (1.60 x 2m) and a single bed
- Chambre Verte: room with 2 or 3 single beds (0.90 x 2m)
- Chambre Marine: room with a double bed (1.60 x 2m)

Our charming south-facing walled courtyard garden offers a delightful setting with a variety of plants, including roses, lavenders, hydrangeas, wisteria, and herbs. You are welcome to enjoy your breakfast outdoors on warm days. We also provide a large private garden with sunbeds and various dining areas, including a long table for up to 12-15 people, accompanied by a BBQ area. Several seating areas are available for relaxation, along with a ping-pong table, outdoor games, and a wooden swing for children near our vegetable plot. Our sheep, hens, and two friendly cats will add to your entertainment.

Conveniently located approximately 400m from the village center, our house is just a 15-minute walk (900m) to the nearest beach or the famous GR34 coastal pathway. Several other sandy beaches are a short 2-5 minute drive away. Throughout the year, the local area offers numerous tourist activities and traditional festivals, showcasing specialties such as scallops, cod, chestnuts, Breton dancing, sailors songs, and Celtic music. Immerse yourself in a wonderful holiday experience, embracing the beauty of both land and sea, along with the rich cultural heritage of Brittany.

Furthermore, our location places us between two other captivating regions of North Brittany: the Emerald Coast and the Pink Granite Coast, both accessible within a 25-45 minute drive. Interesting towns like Rennes and Saint Malo are just 1.15 hours away, while Mont Saint Michel can be reached in 1.30 hours. Within our Goelo region, you will discover attractive seaside towns and villages such as Paimpol, Plouha, Pordic, Binic, and Saint Quay Portrieux, all located nearby. We highly recommend visiting the lovely Island of Bréhat, the first registered national heritage natural site in France, accessible by boat from either Binic or Saint Quay Portrieux, both conveniently close to our home.

Please do not hesitate to contact us for special seasonal offers or reductions for longer stays. We wish you a fantastic holiday and hope to see you soon.
