This is a renovated cowshed that has been transformed into an eco-friendly holiday home. Spanning 160 square metres, it offers a peaceful retreat in a serene hamlet with beautiful views of the valley.The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen that opens up to a spacious living room complete with a cozy fireplace. There are also toilets and a convenient storeroom on this level.
Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with two single beds, as well as a second bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The bathroom boasts an Italian shower and toilets. Additionally, there is a third bedroom equipped with a double bed, a single bed, a private bathroom, and a dressing room.
The gite comes with an array of amenities for your convenience. These include a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with a freezer compartment, TV, CD and DVD player, Wi-Fi access, hypoallergenic bedding, and the option to rent linen. It also offers specific baby furniture, a washing machine, a tumble-dryer, an integrated vacuum cleaner, a terrace, a garden with furniture, a barbecue, and a car park.

Directions
In Clermont-Ferrand, take A75 (E11). After 20km, take the exit labeled as "sortie 6" (D 978). Drive through Plauzat and then Champeix. Follow the signs towards Besse (D 996). Pass through Montaigut le Blanc and continue on D 996. Then, take the direction towards Besse again (D 978). Once you arrive in Le Cheix, turn left towards Issoire (D 978). Drive through Cotteuge and take the third small road on the right (after passing a tractor's dealer), heading towards Bessoles. After driving for 2.5 km, you will reach the hamlet.
