Situated at an altitude of 1,500 meters, it is only 8 kilometers away from Happy St and 13 kilometers from the border. The area offers various activities such as skiing on the slopes, ski touring, mountain biking, tennis, excursions, horseback riding, fishing, rafting, and hydrotherapy. The cottage is free to rent all year round. During winter, the rental price is 800 euros per week (1600 euros during school holidays), while during summer it is 650 euros per week and 500 euros per week during other periods. The rental price includes all utility costs.
