Complete Property Description:

Our house is situated entirely on the ground floor and has only 1 step to the master bedroom. It is situated in an old barn which has been fully renovated.
It consists of a living - dining room with open plan kitchen. All furniture is comfortable and sufficient for 4 people. In the bathroom you have a large walk in shower, wash-basin and toilet. The master bedroom is beautifully furnished and has a large bed (180 x 200). The second bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200).
In the kitchen you will find a complete inventory, a senseo coffeemachine, an electric kettle, a microwave and a fridge. A washing machine and dryer are not in the house, but available at a small charge on the camping. A one time use of washer/dryer per week is included in the price.
In front of Maison Passerose you have a large garden and terrace and a through way to the camping so you can use the pool. Of course this through way is for your use only. Oposite Maison Passerose is the original farm which is in use as a maison secondaire, people will be there about twice a year.
Next to Maison Passerose you can find our farm animals wandering in their meadow: chickens, roosters, ducks, a goat and geese. You have a lovely view over a small valley.
Thanks to thick walls your house stays cool in the warm summer months, in winter it can be heated. It can be rented all year round. The entire house is tastefully furnished.
Pets are allowed on request, in which case the security deposit will be higher.
Smoking is not allowed inside.
A tv (no channels) + dvd-player is available. Dvd's can be borrowed.
In order to travel more lightly, you can order a linen package from us, this includes all bedlinen, 3 towels and 2 washcloths per person and all kitchen linen.
All camping facilities are also available to guests in the house.
Weekend rentals are possible, yet not in July and August.
During high season, Maison Passerose can only be rented per week, from Saturday to Saturday. During other months anything is possible.

Heated swimmingpool, jeu de boules court, a lake at 300 meters, beaches at 32 kms.

Directions

We are situated near the Autoroute A83. Driving southwards, take exit 6, direction Bournezeau. In the village take a left to Mareuil-sur-Lay (D48). After 100 meters turn right towards Thorigny. In the village of Thorigny, go left towards Château Guibert (D60). Pass through Château Guibert. You will see the lake on your right. Pass through the hamlet of Bellenoue. On your right you will see a picknick and play area, immediately after the first house on the right (which is situated behind high trees immediately after the pick nick area), turn right. At the T-junction turn right again, after 100 meters turn left at the sign Camping à la ferme L'Etournerie. We are at the end of the paved road.
