UPON ARRIVAL: MANDATORY RECEPTIONIST PACKAGE 175 - This package includes a dedicated receptionist who ensures your smooth check-in, provides essential supplies such as dishwasher products and toilet paper, and conducts a thorough inspection of the premises in your presence. Additionally, all beds are expertly made with high-quality cotton bed linens, resembling a hotel experience for weekly rentals, while disposable linens are available for weekend rentals. Moreover, each bathroom is equipped with 2 tea towels and 3 bath towels, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

Description for Gite

Accommodates: In the studio, there is a sofa bed for 2 people, a comfortable fireside chair for 1 person, and a folding bed for one person. In the new layout since Christmas 2014, there is also a bedroom with a double bed, an alcove with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom with a shower and washbasin, and a separate toilet.

On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with 2 pullout sofas that can comfortably accommodate 2 people each (it is recommended to use only one of the pullout sofas).

On the upper floor, there is a mezzanine with a comfortable bed for one person and a bed pouf with a comfortable mattress but smaller width, suitable for a child. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a washbasin, a bedroom with a double bed and a single folding bed, and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a baby bed.

We provide complete baby equipment free of charge, including a small bathtub, changing table, park, high chairs, booster seat, toilet reducer, small pot, and stair barriers for safety.

Upon request, we can also lend a park and a baby highchair.

Both parts of the accommodation have common access to a boiler room and technical room containing all appliances, such as fondue, raclette, table grill, and waffle iron. There is also a large balcony where you can enjoy meals with a view of Mont Blanc, with seating available for up to 16 people.

Outside, during the summer period, there is a barbecue (newly added in September 2017), a table, and adjoining benches for up to 16 people to dine. There is ample parking space available, with a superior parking option in winter and a lower parking option in summer. The owners have a garage on-site.

Nous avons loué le chalet pour une fête de famille et avons tous (15 personnes) été ravi: le chalet est super équipé avec du matériel de très grande qualité, il est très joliement décoré et vraiment très confortable. De plus il bénéficie d'une très belle vue sur le Mont-Blanc. Un petit ruisseau au fond du jardin... Idéal!

Directions

To reach St Gervais, you have multiple options for transportation. If you prefer flying, the nearest airports are Geneva or Lyon. If you prefer train travel, you can take the TGV directly from Paris to Le Fayet, which is only 4 kilometers away from the cottage. Alternatively, you can also reach St Gervais by car via the motorway white, which takes around 6 hours from Paris. Once you arrive at the cottage, you can easily access the ski resort in town by using the free minibus provided by the TAD transport service. To avail this service, you will need a tourist office card, which can be obtained by gaining 5 points per week.
