On the first floor, you will be captivated by the charm of the Board room, exuding a romantic atmosphere, and the genuine essence of the MR chamber. Each room is furnished with a comfortable 160 cm bed and features a spacious, separate bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Ascending to the second floor, you will discover the attic of the house, featuring the enchanting COTE GARDEN room, furnished with two 120 cm beds, and the elegant COLONIAL room, boasting a luxurious 160 cm bed. Both rooms are equipped with their own bathroom, complete with a shower and toilet.
Additionally, guests have the privilege of accessing the swimming pool, which is located on the premises, under the supervision of the landlord.

The country cottage can accommodate up to 6 people and has been awarded a 3 épis GITE DE FRANCE rating.
The ground floor features an open kitchen that connects to the living room and lounge area.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, with 2 of them equipped with 140 cm beds and the other 2 rooms with 120 cm beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with either a shower or bath.
Additionally, the cottage includes a laundry room, enclosed courtyard, and a private garden shared with the owner. Guests also have access to a secure swimming pool owned by the proprietor.

Here are some directions to help you find us more easily:

If you are coming from SAINTES via A10, take exit No. 35 and then follow the signs towards the island OLÉRON for approximately 15 km. Once you reach NANCRAS, take a left at the traffic lights in the direction of SAUJON - SABLONCEAUX. Continue through SABLONCEAUX and SAINT-ANDRE, and once you are outside the village, turn right at the old mill onto road BERTHEGILLE. From there, simply follow the signs towards the hamlet of BERTHEGILLE. Our house is located at the western end of the town, identified by its slate roof.
