Prices for the Room(s) in 2008 are as follows:

- Family Room: £70.00 for 2 Adults & 2 Children
- Double Room: £50.00
- Twin Room: £50.00
- Single Room: £30.00

To secure the booking of the room(s), a ten-pound deposit is required. You can make the deposit payment on our secure server on our website at http://www.centralguesthouse.com. Please note that if you make the payment with a debit card, an extra 3% charge will apply. We do not accept cheques as a form of payment.

We have a 5-day cancellation notice policy. If the room(s) are not cancelled within this timeframe, the full amount of money for the booked room(s) and day(s) will be taken.

If you made the booking through an agency, you must cancel the booking with them. Failure to do so will result in being charged the full amount for the room(s) and day(s) booked.

All accounts must be paid in cash or credit card upon arrival. We do not accept cheques.

The price includes a full or vegetarian breakfast.

To get to Central Guesthouse from Birmingham International Airport or International Railway Station, you can either take a black cab taxi outside of the terminal or catch the (900) bus, which runs every half hour. If you take the bus, kindly ask the driver to inform you when you reach the Swan Centre, as we are a short walk down the road.

If you are arriving by car from Birmingham International Airport, head towards Junction (4 M6) or Junction (6 M42). Continue straight on at the overhead set of traffic lights at Sheldon, passing Wheatsheaf Hotel and Wagon & Horses public house. Keep going up the hill and you will pass by Macdonalds, Mr Spice Pub & Restaurant, a row of shops, Michaels Super Market, and a row of houses. Once you reach the clay lane pedestrian crossing, you will find us in the pull-in on the left.

If you are coming from Birmingham City Centre, you can catch either the (58 or 60) bus. The bus stop is located around the corner from Marks & Spencer's Store. Once on the bus, ask the driver to let you know when you reach the Swan Centre Yardley.

There are several local places to visit near Central Guesthouse, including Blaksley Hall, Sea Life Centre, Cadbury World, Drayton Manor Park & Zoo, The Old Black Country Museum, Warwick Castle, and Stratford upon Avon. Central Guesthouse Access Introduction:

At Central Guesthouse, we strive to accommodate the needs of most visitors in our 5-bedroom guesthouse. However, please be aware that due to the construction of the building, there may be some restrictions. Our provision summary is as follows, but if you have any specific questions, please don't hesitate to call us at 0121 7067757.

- There are 2 large 7" steps up to the front porch, followed by another 7" step into the front entrance of the hallway.
- All bedrooms are located on the first and second floors. Access to the first floor bedrooms requires climbing 16 steps to a small landing. Second floor bedrooms are reached by a further fifteen steps and another small landing. Please note that there is no lift available.
