They are dedicated to providing you with the best hospitality and sharing their love for the beautiful region of Ardeche!Situated amidst a sprawling 60-hectare property adorned with ancient olive trees and oak trees, the lodgings of the Farmhouse of Grads de Perret are nestled within the outbuildings of a grand interior courtyard. The historical charm of the property has been meticulously preserved, including features such as a traditional bakers oven, arched sheep-fold, olive oil storage, barn, well, and exposed stone walls.

Directions
To find us, follow these travel directions: At the roundabout between ROSIERES and JOYEUSE, take the road towards ALES. After driving 200 meters, make a left turn. Continue on this road towards "Les Grads" (Mas de la Bastide, R.G. Alu) for 2.5 kilometers. You will be on a small, narrow, and winding tourist road. When you reach the Grads sign, you will see our farmhouse on the left side. Look for a blue gate and old tools painted in blue.
