Welcome to our beautiful new Provencal villa, offering both interior and exterior layouts designed for your comfort. With 100 m2 of space, the villa features 3 bedrooms. One bedroom includes a double bed (160), another has a bed (140), and the third bedroom offers 3 beds (90). The large living room seamlessly connects to the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas cooker piano-Godin with 5 burners, an oven, a large fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker (both normal and espresso), and a microwave. The bathroom includes a shower, and there are 2 separate toilets.

Outside, you can relax on the terrace, shaded by umbrellas, and enjoy meals prepared on the gas griddle. For entertainment, we provide a table tennis set with racquets and balls, as well as internet WIFI access. Our villa offers all the comfort you need for a memorable stay.

Nestled on a large landscaped property surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, our villa offers breathtaking views. The highlight is our beautiful Californian mosaic pool, surrounded by a 120 m2 terrace made of pink quartzite from Brazil. You can also unwind on the outdoor furniture, including a coffee table, chairs, and deckchairs. The terrace is enclosed by dry stone walls and wrought iron gates, providing a stunning 180° view of the Varois Mountains.

Our villa is located in the heart of Green Provence, perfectly situated between the Gorges du Verdon and the Var coast. You'll have plenty of opportunities to explore unique sites and discover the authentic heritage of the surrounding villages, such as Tourtour, Cotignac, Salerno, Villecroze, Correns, Carcasses, Sillans Cascade, and Moustiers Ste Marie. If you're looking for city amenities, Draguignan, Brignoles, and Toulon are within easy reach.

For leisure activities, you can enjoy tours of wineries and olive groves, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, water sports, fishing, and playing petanque. There is an abundance of things to do and see in the area, and we provide various documentation on-site to help you plan your adventures. For those seeking relaxation, you can simply lounge by the pool or under the shade of the pine trees.

In the nearby village, you'll find all the necessary shops and services, including a bakery, butcher, grocery store, fruit and vegetable market, bars, and restaurants, all offering an authentic Provencal atmosphere. There are also other artisans and amenities in the surrounding villages, such as Intermarché, Casino, and Lidl. Don't miss the Provencal markets on Sunday in Salerno, Tuesday in Lorgues and Cotignac, and Saturday in Carcès (with a night market on Thursday). A must-visit is the Cellars of ADMIRAL Entrecasteaux.

Additional information: A 35% deposit is required upon booking, with a €500 deposit during high season. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. We also offer a "end of stay" cleaning package for €75 and provide rental options for sheets, towels, and household items. The pool is maintained by the owner, and we accept holiday checks. We have baby equipment available free of charge, and there are also ping pong, swings, and children's games for your enjoyment. Come experience the calm and serenity of our villa.
