Cette ancienne bâtisse périgourdine tout juste restaurée en pierres du pays a une capacité de base de 10 personnes. Elle peut toutefois accueillir confortablement jusqu’à 15 personnes si nécessaire grâce à sa très grande mezzanine aménagée, (dont les 2 canapés sont convertibles). (terrain d'environ 5000 m² de verdure entourée de bois).
