Situated in the South-west of France, in the centre of the department of the GERS, the country of d'Artagnan, and 10km from the town of VIC-FEZENSAC, Antin is located in 30ha (75acres) of fields and woodland and surrounded by unspoilt countryside. For more than 20 years the Lauterette family has been offering country holidays with their horses, and accommodation in 2 cottages, welcoming guests to their home.

The horsefarm, part of a hamlet, with a big garden, a swimmingpool and 30 hectars of prairies, small groves and a fishing lake invites to spend unforgetable holidays. You are living in a typical gascony house or in the old part where grandpa made his wine, built in the 18th century. Some furnitures of the olden times characterizes the style of these restored houses, which have all the facilities required for a pleasant holiday. For more than 20 years the Lauterette family has been welcoming families with children, keen walkers, seekers of culture and horse-lovers in this calm region surrounded by unspoilt countryside.

Cante Pedric is one of the finest renovated houses in the vicinity. The name of the house refers to the song of the partridge. The one-time farm ( 40 metres by 10) was built in three phases (1790-1868) in which the remains of a nearby Romanic church were lavishly used and applied. The house is situated on a hill alongside one of the roads to Santiago de Compostella and offers an excellent view of the hills of Gers. Gers is a region in the southwest of France which has not yet been discovered by tourists and is also known as Gascogne or French Tuscany. It is a place to redefine the meaning of silence. In clear weather the Pyrenees are visible and the stars are a sight at night rarely to be seen elsewhere.

L'Hérété', which has its origin in a stable, a pigeon-loft and viniculture has been transformed a 15 years ago into a private house.

Between the Ocean and the Mediterannean sea, at the foothills of the Pyrénées, Gers' airy and luminous landscapes spread out to the horizon. This is where the Eco-Lodges of Ensarnaut await you with its 65 hectares fully dedicated to natural preservation and its herd of ponies in semi-freedom.

Texte complet gite anglais : “Autrefois La Modiste” a former milliner's shop, is situated in the heart of the picturesque Gascon village of Saint Clar in Gascony (Gers) and has been lovingly transformed into an Art Deco style apartment for two where you can stay as long as you like (a night, a weekend, a week or more….). The apartment gite is reminiscent of a bygone age, but has a fully-fitted kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, cooker and microwave, a spacious living/dining room, a bedroom and a bathroom with a multijet shower. The owner, Madame Bigard, hopes that you will enjoy both your stay and her historic collection of ladies' hats displayed in the milliner's windows.
