Pyrénées View is situated in the small, rural village of Loudet, which has a population of only around 200, and is located at an altitude of 500m (due to our proximity to the foothills of the Pyrénées mountain range). We are in the Haute-Garonne 'département' of the Midi-Pyrénées 'région' of southwestern France. We are approximately six miles from the nearest town - Montréjeau - which has two supermarkets, a variety of shops, bars and restaurants, a street market, regional tourist office, etc. Other nearby towns include St. Gaudens and Lannemezan, which are each approximately 10 miles away. Both offer plentiful facilities for the visitor, including further tourist information offices.
