La Petite Anna, sleeps 2+ Built in the 1700's, the cottage was one of few buildings in the little hamlet of La Boutinais to survive the Battle of Normandy and has been sympathetically renovated retaining original oak beams, stonework and granite fireplace. The cottage is in a rural setting within the beautiful Valley of the Sée, has parking on its own driveway and a fenced garden of lawns, flowers, shrubs and fruit trees. Our guests tell us how much they appreciate the peace they find here, but if you're one for a little activity there are Pottery, Silk Painting & Batik sessions available as well as free Broadband Internet Connection. If you want to get really fired-up, you can bake in our wood-fired bread oven or raku glaze a ceramic pot, pull it from the kiln at 1000'C and when the smoke clears, take home an original work of art! Perfect for a romantic getaway (there is a dishwasher instead of a washing machine!) yet within easy reach of a range of activities to suit all ages and interests.
