Detached house in a very quiet location 500 m from the village of Bec De Mortagne. Bec de Mortagne is situated about 7 kms from the coasted town of Fécamp. There are a total of 4 houses in this spot. The road is a privated road and so there is no through-traffic. The fully renovatd house has a spacious garden. The landscape in this region is slightly undulating. It is about 10 km to the sea where you will find several sandy and rochy beaches. The nearest beaches are in the pcituresque seaside resort of St Pierre en Port or in Fécamp.
