The present owner live in the converted stable block. One of the two guests houses is just beside the lake in the old wash house. The second one is a part of the main house but also private. This is a very touristic area: Dinan 12 kms, mediaval town ,located in a dominent position over the river "Rance". Saint Malo 25 kms was one of the starting centers of the great maritimes discoveries in the 16th century. Mont Saint Michel 35 Kms, heritage of Humanity. Rennes 40 kms, dignified capital of Britanny,very nice and interesting visit of the old city centre and also the Musee de Bretagne et des Beaux arts
