Located in the center of Lanvollon with all shops within walking distance: butcher, bakers, grocer, hairdressers, banks, cafés, restaurants, post office...
Lanvollon is only 8 km from the beach (Plouha). Saint Quay Portrieux is 12 km: beach, port, casino.
Our loft is in a property with 2 other rentals. Usage of the common spaces (parking, garden, swimming-pool...) has to be done in respect of the others' tranquility and acivities.
