Description for B&B:

The apartment is a luxurious one-bedroom holiday home, newly built in February 2006. Located on the first floor of a small residential apartment block in a mature neighborhood, this cozy retreat offers all the comforts of home and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Perfectly situated in the heart of Juan-les-Pins, the apartment is a mere 300m away from the stunning sandy public beach. It is also conveniently located just a short stroll from the village center, with Leader Price and Spa supermarkets within 50m and 100m respectively.

Just across the road, you'll find Jardin Pauline, a charming park with lush lawns, trees, and benches. It even features a well-equipped children's play area. An additional excellent children's play area is just 150m down the road.

Despite being on a busy road, the apartment itself is positioned at the rear, ensuring a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It boasts exceptional sound insulation and double glazing that complies with the latest French regulations.

While a car is not necessary to explore the numerous attractions in the area, the apartment does provide a designated parking space in the underground car park. For further convenience, a bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the building, and the railway station is just a short walk away. Both services offer transportation along the coastal region, with the bus even providing a direct route to Nice airport.

The apartment's balcony faces south, guaranteeing ample sunlight throughout the day.

Directions

The apartment is conveniently located near public transportation, making it the best way to get around the coastal area due to parking difficulties during the season. Right outside Square Pauline is a bus stop that can take you to any of the Cote d'Azur resorts and nearby towns inland. The railway station is also nearby and offers breathtaking coastal journeys to the resorts and even Italy up to Ventimiglia, which is known for its wonderful leather goods and designer clothes market. If you want to explore the beautiful mountains, it is recommended to rent a car. Major car rental companies can be found in Nice and can be booked through their .co.uk websites.

To get to the apartment, if you are coming from America, you may need to fly to London for the cheapest option. Nice airport is accessible from many British airports, so check with your local budget airline for great deals. You can reach the apartment from the airport by bus or arrange for a reasonably priced car transfer.

If you prefer to drive, the motorways from Calais extend to the Cote d'Azur, but it is recommended to make an overnight stop along the way, such as in Lyon. Keep in mind that the majority of the journey will be on toll roads, with a total cost of around £100 for the round trip. Once you exit the A8 at the Antibes exit, follow the signs to Antibes and then to Juan-les-Pins. Eventually, you will reach Boulevard Raymond Poincare, where the Jardin Pauline park with palm trees will be on the left-hand side. Turn in just before the bus stop, opposite the park, and you will be in front of the garage doors.
