The spacious and well-exposed living room includes a cozy lounge area with a TV and fireplace, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. The living room opens up to a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool, complete with sunbathing armchairs.

The guesthouse features two bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed and the other with two 90cm beds, as well as a bathroom and toilet.

LOCATION:

Charente-Maritime benefits from a typically sunny weather, comparable to the Mediterranean coast but without the strong winds like the mistral or Tramontane. The guesthouse is located in the small village of Poléon, part of the Saint Georges du Bois commune, just a short distance from Surgères, which offers a TGV train station and all amenities. Paris is approximately 400 km away via the toll road, and La Rochelle and Rochefort are both within 30 km.

Poleon is situated near the famous "Green Venise," a beautiful part of the Marais-Poitevin. Additionally, the charming Island of Ré is only a 30-minute drive away, with its picturesque local harbor and sandy beaches.
