Ideal for four people, the guesthouse offers 60 sqm of living space. The spacious and well-exposed living room includes a cozy lounge area with a TV and fireplace, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. The living room opens up to a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool, complete with sunbathing armchairs.
The guesthouse features two bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed and the other with two 90cm beds, as well as a bathroom and toilet.

Charente-Maritime benefits from a typically sunny weather, comparable to the Mediterranean coast but without the strong winds like the mistral or Tramontane.
