Welcome to our large seaside villa in St Aubin Sur Mer! This spacious and comfortable villa is located just 200 meters from the stunning sand beach of the Alabaster Coast. With its 3 ears Gîtes de France approval, it can accommodate up to 17 people.

The villa offers 175m² of living space and is situated on a beautiful 1500m² plot of land with lush vegetation. Outside, you'll find a small tarred closed court with outdoor furniture, a fixed barbecue, and a ping pong table. There is also a lockable shed for bicycles.

Inside, the villa features a small bedroom with a single bed and another bedroom with two single beds (superimposed) along with toys, society games, and disguises for the little ones. There is also a washbasin in these rooms. Additionally, there is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and a shower with a toilet.

On the ground floor, there is a dining room adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher, microwave, and fridge-freezer. The spacious living room boasts a stunning view of the sea through 10 large windows. It also features a French billiards table (180/100), a sofa bed, a large table, a TV, and a cozy fireplace.

The first and second floors house five bedrooms, consisting of four double beds, nine single beds, and three cots with covers, duvet-covers, and pillows. There are two bathrooms and two additional toilets. The villa is equipped with central heating and is baby-friendly.

Linen rental is available at an additional cost of 6 euros per pair, and there is a cleaning supplement of 60 euros. Additionally, you can enjoy fresh fish from the local fishing boats every morning.

For your convenience, all shopping needs can be fulfilled in Veules les roses and St Valéry en Caux, both just 10 minutes away. These towns offer a pleasure port with a tourist office, casino, swimming pool, aerodrome, and hospital. The beach resort of Dieppe is only 25 minutes away.

In the vicinity, you'll find many beautiful floral parks such as the Bois des Moutiers in Varengeville sur mer, as well as charming chateaux and stately homes. If you enjoy walking, there are numerous trekking paths along the sea shore or through the countryside.

Directions

From Paris, travel 200km towards Rouen. Once in Rouen, follow the signs for Barentin on the A15 highway. Continue on the A15 until you reach Pavilly. At Pavilly, take the D142 road towards Limésy and Yerville. When you reach Yerville, stay on the D142 road and turn right towards SAINT LAURENT Cx. Continue on the D142 road and pass through Fountain Dun and St Pierre the viger. Then, take the D237 road towards Strapping woman and St Pierre the Old man. At the Dun Borough, make a right turn and head towards St Aubin. Look out for a landmark called "the Saltworks" and turn left onto the D75 road towards St Aubin. Follow the road and then take the street that leads directly to "the beach". The entrance to the beach is on the left side, after passing a series of letter-boxes belonging to postal and telecommunications authorities. Alternatively, if you are coming from Rouen, take the direction towards Dieppe and once you reach St Aubin/Scie, turn towards Offranville. From there, follow the D54 road towards Ouville the river, then take the D925 road towards Bourg Dun. Finally, take the D237 road towards St Aubin on sea.
