This description is for an old stone house that was completely renovated in 1857. It offers ample parking and has 3 lawn areas. The house is separated from the body farm, which includes cereals, dairy cows, and poultry, by a wooden park that ensures child safety.The property is beautifully adorned with flowers and provides a peaceful and serene atmosphere in the countryside of Brittany. Upon request, visitors can tour the farm and have the opportunity to taste the fresh cow's milk.
The property offers various amenities, including a heated pool available at 30°C all year round, a sauna, jacuzzi (optional), a massage room (optional), and a game room with pool and foosball. Additionally, there is an indoor pool kitchen for guests to use.
The breakfasts served are homemade and made with farm products, known for their richness. While enjoying breakfast, guests will be accompanied by Piplette, a parrot who lives freely on the property.
There are three accommodation options available. The Bréhat room is 70m2 and features three extra-large double beds, including a convertible chair for one person. The room also includes a lounge area with a coffee machine and coffee provided, a TV, and WiFi. The room has a shower room and a separate toilet. Gite à la ferme avec perroquet
Superbe séjour dans ce gîte il y a quelques années quand notre fille était petite. Elle avait adoré la piscine, les animaux de la ferme et surtout le perroquet.
