This recently renovated apartment offers a bright, spacious, and comfortable living space. It boasts brand new furniture, bedding, and major appliances. Located on the fifth floor of a traditional Haussmann building dating back to 1887, please note that there is no elevator available.

The apartment features two themed bedrooms: The "Ethnic" bedroom with a double bed, and the "Design" bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, along with two foldaway beds. Enjoy a lovely balcony equipped with garden furniture and sunbeds, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors.
