Detached house in a very quiet location 500 m from the village of Bec De Mortagne. Bec de Mortagne is situated about 7 kms from the coasted town of Fécamp. There are a total of 4 houses in this spot. The road is a privated road and so there is no through-traffic. The fully renovatd house has a spacious garden. The landscape in this region is slightly undulating. It is about 10 km to the sea where you will find several sandy and rochy beaches. The nearest beaches are in the pcituresque seaside resort of St Pierre en Port or in Fécamp. The beautiful coastal ckiffs her are formed by the imposing chalk cliffs rising tens of metres above the sea. In this beautiful hilly area there are lots of superb hiking trails and opportunities for bike-riding. From here you can easily take a trip to numerous enchanting villages and towns on the coast such as Cany-Barville (there's a superb large market here on Mondays) Fécamp, Saint-Valery-En-Caux, Dieppe, Veules-les-Roses or Etretat. Also, a trip to Rouen with its old city centre is worth doing. Across the Pont de Normandie toll bridge over the Seine you can see take a day trip to the picturesque town of Honfleur or even to the invasion beaches located further south.
