There are plenty of activities and amenities nearby, including shops, horseback riding, fishing, a lake, hiking trails, a pool pond, a river, rock climbing, golf courses, sailing opportunities, tennis courts, bike lanes, nudism facilities, an adventure park, kayaking spots, various restaurants, and even a disco.

The house itself is spacious, with a total area of 125m². It comprises 4 bedrooms, including 3 double beds and 2 single beds. There is 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms, and 3 toilets. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, freezer, and microwave. For entertainment, there is a TV, Hi-Fi system, and internet access. The house also features heating for comfort.

Outside, there are 54m² of terraces, a 500m² garden with a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue for enjoyable outdoor meals. The property includes a garage and private parking, and bicycles are available for use. Linen is provided, and guests can enjoy a private swimming pool and access to a tennis court within the residence. There is also a petanques area and parks for recreational activities. Pets are allowed.

The rental price ranges from 800 to 2050 euros per week, depending on the requested period. A deposit of 1000 euros is required as a guarantee, and a 25% deposit of the rental amount is needed to secure the booking. Paradou is a charming village in the heart of the beautiful ALPILLES region of Provence. It is conveniently located near the famous BAUX OF PROVENCE, offering a rich array of attractions and landmarks. In just a few minutes, you can reach the BAUX OF PROVENCE GOOF, St Rémy of Provence, the stunning LUBERON area, ARLES, the Camargue, and even the seaside, which is only 40 kilometers away.

Our villa is situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood, yet still close to the town center and all amenities. It is a brand new property, fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The living room opens up to a spacious kitchen and an outdoor area, complete with a covered terrace of 24 square meters and a barbecue. The terrace overlooks a beautiful swimming pool, which is child-friendly with its tiled staircase and safety features.

On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with an integrated shower room. There is also another bedroom and a separate bathroom. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms with a shared shower room. Outside, you can enjoy the lush surroundings with olive trees, a well-maintained lawn, and of course, the refreshing swimming pool with sun loungers. The property also features automatic watering and a private parking area with a secure gate. Additionally, we provide bed sheets, kitchen linen, and a cleaning service for 65 euros. A security deposit of 1000 euros is required. Pets are welcome.
