Description:

Description for B&B:

Our site embodies the essence of tranquility, nature, privacy, and comfort. Located in the scenic Quercy region of France, Pech Blanc offers a truly unique experience. The majority of the Quercy lies within the Lot département, which was designated as a nature park in 1999. This area is characterized by its rugged, hilly terrain and expansive wooded plateau of limestone, adorned with deep gorges carved by the river Lot and its contributing streams Célé and Vers. Despite its breathtaking beauty, the Quercy remains an undiscovered gem, earning its reputation as the forgotten district even within France. It is a haven for nature enthusiasts.

For those who love exploring on foot or horseback, there is an extensive network of footpaths and ample opportunities for horse riding. Touring the Quercy by car or motorcycle unveils a wealth of hidden treasures and remarkable sights. The traditional stone-built barn at Pech Blanc underwent a complete restoration in 2004/2005, resulting in four well-appointed bedrooms and a charming breakfast/dining room. The ground floor accommodates two bedrooms, while the first floor houses the remaining two. The offerings include three double rooms and a family room for three people. Additionally, one of the rooms has been thoughtfully adapted for wheelchair users.

Each room boasts generous dimensions, ranging from 23 to 28 square meters, and features central heating, a private bathroom, and a television. The combination of thick stone walls and modern insulation ensures a comfortable environment year-round, with coolness in the summer and warmth in the winter. The ground floor rooms offer independent entrances, while the first-floor rooms are accessible via a shared staircase. All entrances, including the dining room, open onto the central courtyard. Surrounding this charming space, you will find the main farmhouse, a garage, and various outbuildings. The dining room is enhanced by an inviting open fire, creating a cozy ambiance. Additionally, the spacious hangar has been transformed into a tastefully decorated lounge, where you can join us for drinks and dinner if desired.

Excellente adresse. Un accueil super sympa par Marie José et Wouter pour notre petit WE moto dans cette région magnifique qu'est le Quercy. Merci à eux d'avoir redonné vie à ces vieilles pierres situées dans une nature superbe.
Très sympa et reposant !
