In the heart of Sarthe, between Le Mans and Tours, and close to the Forest of Bercé, “La Thibaud” offers a calm and pleasant retreat to enjoy and discover the marvelous culture and history of the area.“La Thibaud” is situated at the edge of the forest which has many footpaths and allows access to the long hiking trail (GR36).You can take the opportunity to relax on our 12 acres, enjoy long walks, cycle rides and even go pony trekking. Plenty of space for sunbathing, place to play bowls. Parking is available for motor-homes.
The barn conversion comprises of a living-room with 2 sofa beds, a bathroom with shower and W.C., and a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (sleeps 6).

Directions
By car: A28 Rouen - Le Mans-Tours: Output N ° 25 and N ° 26 Ecommoy Château du Loir / Le Lude.
Exit 25: Follow Lavernat (7 km of forest). At the stop sign, turn left, cross the village. Output on the right, take Route du Ponceau (V8 - Vaas) 3.5 km further, turn right and follow the paved road, you have arrived.
Exit 26: Follow LavernatBefore entering the village, take Route du Ponceau and follow directions noted above.
By road: E502/N138 - Head Château du Loir and Lavernat and follow directions noted above.
