The house is conveniently located near various attractions. The Alpes Mancelles are just 15 km away, while Le Mans is 36 km away. For those traveling by train, the Sille le Guillaume train station is only 10 km from the house. There is also a lake with a beach and fishing opportunities, a forest, and several restaurants within a 5 km radius. If you're coming from Paris, it's a 2.5-hour drive to reach the village.
