The terrace, living room, and kitchen all provide stunning views overlooking the sea. Additionally, the flat includes two underground garages and an alarm system for added security.

Inside, there is a bedroom with an electrical double bed and a TV, as well as another bedroom with twin beds (one electrical) and a baby bed. The flat is equipped with various amenities such as Freebox, telephone, internet, computer, CD player, TV, DVD player, and wide cupboards.

The kitchen is separate and features a dishwasher, drying washing machine, freezer, oven, microwave, and iron. The bathroom includes an Italian shower, a toilet, and a washbasin, while there is also a second separate toilet.

Upon request, the flat can provide baby accessories. The rental prices are as follows: from July 13th to July 27th, the weekly rate is 900€; from August 3rd to August 10th, the weekly rate is 1000€; and from October 5th to October 19th, the weekly rate is 450€. Additionally, there is a cleaning fee of 30€ to 40€.

Directions

To travel from Marseilles to Toulon, you need to follow the motorway. Once you reach La Ciotat, exit the motorway. Look for the sign that says "centre ville" and then follow the sign for the beach ("plage"). Once you reach the middle of the beach, you will notice a small, white, and new flat that resembles a boat.
