Classified 4 stars by the Prefecture and approved by Charming Cottage - 3 ears with Gîtes de France, this accommodation can comfortably accommodate 7 to 8 people plus a baby. Nestled in a small village at the foot of Sundgau half Alsatian Jura, this house welcomes guests all year round and exudes the ambiance of an inhabited gallery with its collection of sixty watercolors and acrylic paintings.The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area that opens to the living room furnished with a sofa, TV, DVD, and HIFI system. It also includes a bathroom with a hydrojet shower, washer-dryer, and separate toilet. The first floor boasts a bathroom with a shower and whirlpool tub, a separate toilet, and two bedrooms with a large balcony, offering one double bed and two single beds respectively. On the second floor, there is a spacious open area with four single beds, a lounge/library area, and a TV. The house is equipped with electric heating and baby equipment is available upon request.
Outside, you will find a garden, private parking, and a closed courtyard with an automatic gate. Adjoining the owners' house in a picturesque sundgauvian village, this spacious country house sits at the foot of the Alsatian Jura and boasts a collection of sixty paintings.The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with an open living room, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a WC. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. Additionally, there is a WC and another bathroom. The second floor offers a large open space with three single beds and a small lounge area.
Entertainment amenities include a DVD player, two TVs, and a hi-fi system. The gite is equipped with electrical heating for comfort. If you are approaching from Mulhouse on Highway A35, take the Saint-Louis/Hésingue exit. After exiting, turn left towards Hésingue. Drive through Hésingue and continue in the direction of Folgensbourg. Pass through Folgensbourg, Bettlach, and Saint-Blaise. Once you reach Oltingue, look for the rue principale (main street). When you arrive at the rue principale, turn left into the first street just before the Musée Paysan (look for a white sign saying "Chapelle Saint-Brice"). On the left side of this street, you will find a courtyard after a red gate. The owner's house is located at the corner of Rue Principale and Rue de Leymen.
