Situated in the picturesque Pyrénées region, this charming family cottage boasts an impressive altitude of 420 meters, offering breathtaking panoramic views. Nestled within a vast 5000m² garden adorned with majestic trees, the property also features a delightful terrace. With ample space and comfort, our cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 13-16 guests across its five cozy bedrooms. The expansive living room spans an impressive 52m², providing a welcoming communal space. Additionally, three well-appointed bathrooms ensure convenience and privacy for all visitors.

Description for Gite

This gite offers a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a spacious living room with a fireplace, TV, and DVD player. There is also a dining room and an office-library with a sofa bed and twin bed. The gite has a toilet on the ground floor and upstairs there are five bedrooms, three with balconies, two bathrooms, and a shower room, along with another toilet. The gite is heated with oil central heating.
There is a bakery nearby and all other shops are just 2 km away in Loures-Barousse. The railway station is 6 km away and offers direct trains to Paris. There are tennis courts 2 km away, a golf course 6 km away, a lake 500 m away, and downhill skiing is available 30 km away. For fishermen, the Garonne River is also close by.
Outside the gite, there is a barbecue and a garden where you can relax on the terrace. For children, there is a playground with a swing set and a closed-off area that used to be a tennis court, where they can play Basque pelota. Small bikes are also available for children to use.
The gite is located near the road to Spain and a little-used railway line that has only 3 trains passing by per day.
Rates for the gite range from 550 euros in the low season to 750 euros in the high season. Weekend stays are also possible.

Directions

To reach your destination, continue on the A64 until you reach exit number 17. Once you have paid the toll at Montréjeau, quickly merge into the outer lane and follow the green sign towards Lerida, Spain. Proceed on the nationale 125. When you reach Labroquère, continue straight after the traffic lights and take the first right turn towards Saint Bertrand de Comminges. Our house will be the first one on the left, just before the level crossing.
