This house has been beautifully restored and offers a comfortable and stylish living space. It includes a spacious lounge/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms.On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. The large living room features a cozy fireplace, comfortable sofa, armchair, TV, and tasteful furniture. Additionally, there is a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a laundry room with a washing machine.
Moving upstairs, you will discover a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate WC. The bedrooms consist of one room with a 140-sized bed, another room with two twin beds measuring 90, a room with a single bed measuring 90, and another room with a single bed measuring 90. A cot is also available for families traveling with infants.
Outside, the house offers a lovely garden where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. There are parasols and sunbeds provided for your comfort, as well as a barbecue for outdoor cooking.

To reach the "gîte de Navarre" from Caen, follow these directions:
1. Start by taking the D613 (Route de Paris) and continue for approximately 14km.
2. Upon reaching Vimont, make a right turn onto the D47 (Route de St Pierre sur Dives).
3. At the roundabout, take the D80 on your right and drive for 2km.
4. Then, make a left turn onto the D232, which leads up to the chapel of Beneauville.
5. After driving for about 800m, you will find the "gîte de Navarre" on your left.
