Description:

Description for Gite

Our charming cottage is situated just 100 meters away from the beautiful sea, right at the forefront of Penmarc'h (29,760). Located in the picturesque small harbor of St. Pierre, it is only 14 km away from Pont L'Abbé and 32 km from Quimper, making it the perfect base for exploring the heart of the country bigouden in South Finistère.

The municipality of Penmarc'h boasts an impressive 8 km stretch of sandy beaches and coves, offering plenty of opportunities for relaxation and beach activities. The cottage itself is a peaceful retreat, tastefully decorated with a nautical theme, and covers an area of 60 square meters. It has a south-facing orientation, allowing for abundant natural light throughout the day.

The house was completely renovated in 2008, using natural and ecological materials such as hemp, lime, and wood wool. On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with exposed beams, complete with a stove for those cooler evenings. There is also a convenient laundry room with a washing machine and washing hands.

Moving upstairs, you will discover two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom offers twin beds, with the option of accommodating a third person if needed. Additionally, there is a modern bathroom with a sink, shower, and WC. Each room is equipped with heating, and we also provide a high chair, bath, and cot for families with young children.

To make the most of the pleasant weather, we have a lovely terrace measuring 17 square meters. It faces south and is sheltered, providing the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, so you can savor delicious meals al fresco.

The weekly rental price excludes charges and varies depending on the season. In July and August (high season), the rate is €520 per week. During school holidays in June and September (mid-season), the rate is €350 per week. For other periods (low season), the rate is €300 per week. We also offer weekend rentals for certain periods, priced at €150 in mid-season and €100 in low season.

Please note that water and electricity charges are not included in the prices and will be calculated based on the current billing rate and meter readings.

Check-in is from 3 pm on Saturdays, and check-out is at 10 am on Saturdays. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.

To secure your reservation, we require the signed lease and a deposit of 30% of the rental sum. The remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival.

We invite you to come and experience the tranquility and beauty of our cottage by the sea.
