This gite offers a spacious area of 81m² with two bedrooms. The sleeping arrangements include one double bed, two single beds, and a sofa bed. Additionally, there is a shower room and two separate toilets. The kitchenette is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. For entertainment, there is a TV and telephone available, and heating is provided for comfort.

The gite is conveniently located with directions available for both east and west travel. It boasts two terraces, a courtyard measuring 100m², and a large garden spanning 4000m². Guests can enjoy outdoor dining with the provided garden table and chairs, and a barbecue is also available. Private parking is available on-site.

For families, there are child-friendly outdoor games provided. Please note that pets are not allowed in this gite.

Directions

To get to the village in Aveyron Lanuéjouls, situated between Rodez and Villefranche de Rouergue, follow these directions:
- If you are coming from Villefranche de Rouergue, head towards Rodez on the D1.
- If you are coming from Rodez, take the N140, then the D994 towards Rignac. Once in Rignac, continue on the D1 towards Villefranche de Rouergue.
