- "ARGOAT" Room: Features a double bed (160 cm) with a private bathroom and toilet.
- "ARMOR" Room: Offers a choice of a double bed (160 cm) or two single beds (80 cm), with a private bathroom and toilet.
- There is also a common room with a lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen (including a fridge, microwave, hob, and TV).

Rates (minimum 2-night stay):
- Low season: Overnight stay for 2 people: €50 + €5 for breakfast; 1-week stay for 2 people: €315.
- High season (July 5th to August 23rd, 2014): Overnight stay for 2 people: €55 + €5 for breakfast; 1-week stay for 2 people: €350.
