This fully equipped cottage comfortably accommodates 4 adults and 1 child. It features a cozy lounge, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and two bedrooms. One bedroom offers a 140 bed, while the other has three beds (including 2 bunk beds) suitable for children. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, and a washing machine and dryer are also available for your convenience. Outside, you can enjoy a lovely terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Pets are allowed, subject to certain conditions. The beds are comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. Plus, you can enjoy views of the pond and the park from the cottage.

The property can be found in between the towns of Nontron and Thiviers, approximately 25km from each. It is situated near two villages, namely St Saud and Miallet, which are about 3km away. You can access the property via secondary road 79. Moreover, we are conveniently positioned 45km away from both Limoges and Périgueux, making it easily accessible from these two cities.
