Description:

Description for B&B:

We have a beautiful house located in a peaceful countryside setting. It is quiet and secluded, with no neighbors in sight. The house faces a stunning 5000 m2 park and offers a breathtaking 180° panorama of the surrounding hills.

We have two charming cottages available for rent. The Blue Suite is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 to 5 people. It has a separate bedroom and a living room that can be converted into a second bedroom. The Ochre House, located on the first floor, is perfect for two people. In addition to the cottages, we also have a unique "retro" style room available. It is a small 80s Eriba caravan situated in our garden next to the house.

As the owners, we live on the first floor and have access through the south side of the house. We also offer table d'hôte services, where you can enjoy a delicious meal with us. Our menu options are priced at either 20 or 28 euros, and they include everything. We also provide free WiFi for our guests.

The Glade, our stone house dating back to 1781, is nestled in the hills of southwestern Cantal, Auvergne Volcanoes, and Lot Valley. It is less than 2 km away from the town of Marcoles, a small medieval gem. If you are visiting the area, Marcoles is the perfect starting point for exploring the beautiful countryside and visiting exceptional sites such as Conques (35 km) and Figeac (45 km). However, if you simply want to relax and unwind, Glade is the ideal place. You can indulge in dolce far niente, read a book, sleep, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet while marveling at the stunning views of the hills of southwest Cantal, Lot, and Corrèze.

Our accommodations offer a variety of options. Both the Blue Suite and the Ochre House have their own private entrances and overlook a tranquil landscaped terrace. They provide a peaceful and private retreat, with no direct neighbors, as they face the expansive park. The Blue Suite can accommodate 2 to 5 people, while the Ochre House and the White Room can each accommodate two people. The White Room can also be added to one of the other rooms to increase the capacity to 1 to 3 people.

For families with young children, we have two cots available free of charge. In low season, couples can choose to rent the Blue Suite without the salon for a reduced rate of 58 euros. In high season, certain conditions may apply for stays of 3 nights, and the price is 62 euros.

For those seeking a unique experience, we offer the opportunity to stay in our Eriba caravan. This charming retro-style caravan can accommodate two adults in a fixed bed with slats (140x190). It also features a seating area with two benches and a table. The caravan has a small toilet, and for hot water and showers, guests can use a bathroom in our house. The bathroom has a direct and independent access from the outside. For more details and specific rates, please visit our website.

Please note that we do not accept pets. We are open all year round and look forward to welcoming you to our peaceful retreat.
