Originally an old farm, it underwent a thorough renovation in 2002, carefully preserving the traditional architecture of the region while ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Thanks to the central heating system, the cottage is suitable for year-round stays, accommodating guests for any desired duration. The expansive grounds also feature a delightful 10x5m swimming pool.

Welcome to our charming country cottage located in the beautiful "marais poitevin" region of South Vendee. Situated in the peaceful rural hamlet of Baude, just 2km from Montreuil, 12km from Fontenay the Comte, and a short 45km drive to the stunning beaches of la Faute sur mer and only 60km from picturesque La Rochelle.

This 130m2 ancient farm was completely renovated in 2002, carefully preserving the traditional architecture of the region while creating a comfortable and inviting country house. Thanks to the fuel-fired central heating, our gîte can be enjoyed throughout the year.

Choose the length of your stay, whether it's a relaxing weekend, a week-long vacation, or even longer.

On the ground floor, you'll find a convenient storeroom with a washing machine and dryer, a well-equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, deep-freeze, dishwasher, and microwave, a cozy living room with a color TV, and a double bedroom with a separate shower and toilet.

Upstairs, there are three twin bedrooms, a shower room with a toilet, and a bathroom with a toilet.
