With a population of approximately 1200 residents, this idyllic village is conveniently situated 15 km from Perpignan, a mere 10-minute drive from Argelés beach, and only 15 minutes away from the picturesque town of Collioure. Immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of the Catalan region, which offers an abundance of natural wonders, from the Mediterranean Sea to the majestic Pyrenees. Wake up every morning to the awe-inspiring views of Canigou. Indulge in the delectable delights of Catalan cuisine, as we offer a sumptuous dinner every night at a reasonable price - 22 euros for adults, 15 euros for children aged 9 to 12, and 10 euros for children aged 4 to 8.

THE TWO GITES AT MAS DES PALMIERS

We have two charming cottages available that can accommodate between 2 to 5 people each. These cottages are situated on one level, equipped with air conditioning, and have their own private entrance.

The living area features a sofa that can be converted into a comfortable bed measuring 140 x 190. The bed base consists of 2/3 slats and 1/3 elastic straps, while the mattress is 14 cm thick and made of polyurethane.

During your stay, you have the privilege of enjoying our refreshing swimming pool and relaxing on the deck chairs provided. Additionally, there is garden furniture available for you to savor your meals under the shade of the surrounding trees near the pool.

The location of the site ensures tranquility and shade, and for added security, we have a closed parking lot.

Gite 1 (31 M2) comprises of two rooms and a private terrace overlooking the garden. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge, and television. There is also a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, as well as a dining table. The bedroom consists of a double bed measuring 140cm and a single bed measuring 90cm. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower cubicle, and a WC.

Gite 2 (29 M2) also has two rooms and a private terrace. The living area features a fully equipped kitchen with an electric hob, oven/microwave, fridge, and television. Similarly, there is a sofa bed available for two people, along with a dining table. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 140cm. The bathroom includes a sink, shower cubicle, and a WC.

For both cottages, we provide all necessary linens. Additionally, there is an option for cleaning services at the end of your stay for an additional cost of 25 euros. There is no tourist tax charged per person. A reservation fee of 30% of the total amount is required, with the remaining balance to be paid upon arrival. We gladly accept holiday checks as a form of payment but regretfully do not allow pets.

Check-in time is between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., and check-out time is from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the latest. We also offer a shared washing machine facility for a small fee of 3 euros, inclusive of laundry products.
