Welcome to our guest apartment located on the charming banks of the Sevre Nantes in Vertou, just a short 10-minute drive from downtown Nantes. With direct access to the "busway" cited Congress, you can conveniently explore the city within 5 minutes.

Our loft apartment offers a spacious 45m2 living space, featuring 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a bathroom with toilet. We provide all the necessary amenities for your comfort, including bed linen, towels, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, dish soap, a microwave, coffee maker, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, TV, and internet access. To start your day off right, we also offer a complimentary breakfast.

If you prefer to dine in, we can prepare a delicious dinner for you upon request, priced at 12 euros. Parking is available for your convenience, as well as bicycles for exploring the area and a beautiful garden to relax in.
