Welcome to Villa Charlotte, a charming vacation home located in downtown PORNICHET. Situated just 250 meters from the beach and spa, and surrounded by shops and a vibrant city atmosphere, this property is the perfect choice for your holiday.With the CLEVACANCES label and accepting holiday checks, Villa Charlotte can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. The house offers a fully-equipped kitchen with a cooking tray, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, Senseo machine, kettle, grill, bread, and all necessary dishes and utensils.
The dining area features a modern table and chairs, while the living room is furnished with a sofa, cabriolets, coffee table, furniture, TV, and hi-fi system. The bathroom includes a large shower cabin and washbasin, and there is an additional independent bathroom.
Upstairs, you will find a first bedroom with a double bed, bedside table, and wardrobe, as well as a second bedroom with two bunk beds and a sleeping loft, along with a wardrobe.
Outside, there is a lovely patio terrace with garden furniture for your meals, a plancha for barbecues, and deckchairs for relaxation. Other amenities provided include an iron and ironing board, clothes horse, and central heating with meter reading during the winter period from October to May.
Linen is included in your stay, with beds made upon your arrival, towels, shower sheets, and kitchen towels provided.
Please note that there are different rates and reservation information available. The night rate applies for nights from Sunday to Friday, excluding public holidays, with a minimum booking of 3 nights. The weekend rate applies for Saturday nights and holiday eves, with a minimum reservation of 2 nights. There is a progressive rate from the 4th night, and an additional sleeping option for the 5th person at an extra cost of 8 EUR per night. Pets are welcome with a fee of 25 EUR per stay.
Flexible arrival days are available except for July and August, where bookings are from Sunday to Sunday.

Nous avons passé un beau séjour à la villa Charlotte. c'est une agréable maison, au calme, joliment décorée et bien équipée à deux pas des commerces et à une dizaines de minutes à pied de la plage.

proche de tout !
maison très propre et très bien placée en centre ville mais au calme. Pas besoin de voiture : plage, commerces, golf, la Baule... tout est à proximité, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Belle décoration ! A recommander.
