With its two levels, the villa offers stunning views of the Alpilles. It features 4 individually decorated bedrooms, ranging in size from 16 to 20 m2, each with its own private bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have double beds measuring 1.60 m, while the other two have single beds measuring 0.90 m. Additionally, there are 5 toilets throughout the villa.Covering an area of 240 square meters, the villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with an alarm system. The spacious living room, measuring 63 m², boasts a fireplace and is equipped with a large screen satellite TV, VCR, DVD player, and hi-fi system. The interior kitchen, designed in a Provencal style, is well-equipped with an American fridge, oven, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. It opens up to a covered terrace of 40 m², complete with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying evenings with loved ones.
The villa also offers recreational amenities such as a bowling green and a stunning swimming pool (10 x 5m), surrounded by lush greenery, providing a refreshing retreat on hot summer days. The outdoor furniture and lounge area allow for relaxation in the shade of trees or parasols.
