Covering an area of 240 square meters, the villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with an alarm system. The spacious living room, measuring 63 m², boasts a fireplace and is equipped with a large screen satellite TV, VCR, DVD player, and hi-fi system. The interior kitchen, designed in a Provencal style, is well-equipped with an American fridge, oven, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. It opens up to a covered terrace of 40 m², complete with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying evenings with loved ones.
