This cozy cottage is perfect for hikers, mountain bikers, fishermen, hunters, families, and fans looking to relax in a beautiful countryside location. It is also conveniently situated as a starting point for numerous hiking trails.

The cottage, located close to the owners' home, is on the upper floor. The ground floor is used for laundry and storage of recreational equipment. It features a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed for two people (140), two bedrooms (one with a double bed (140) and another with a double bed (140) and two bunk beds (90)), a private bathroom with a toilet, and access to a balcony.

For your comfort, the cottage is equipped with electric heating and a fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and includes a microwave, gas cooker, mini oven, fridge freezer, and a dishwasher washing machine.

Entertainment amenities include a TV, DVD player, various games, a library, video games, and a mobile phone card (available upon request).

Outside, there is a closed courtyard, a covered terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue for enjoying the fresh air.

Directions

To reach the destination from Mazamet, follow these revised travel directions:
1. Start by consulting the Michelin Map: 338-N.
2. From Mazamet, head in the direction of Béziers on road 112.
3. Just before leaving Mazamet, take a left turn that leads to Pont de l'Arn.
4. After reaching Pont de l'Arn, make a right turn onto road D 54, which will take you towards Angles and Brassac.
5. Continue driving for approximately 6 km and then turn left towards Marican - Mas de la Borie.
6. Finally, the house you are looking for is located at the end of the third road on the left.
