Description for B&B:

Experience a touch of history at Maison Dauphin, a charming medieval retreat that offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Nestled in the heart of the enchanting village of Crozet, our house invites you to step back in time for a truly memorable stay.

Dating back to the early 16th century, this characterful house holds a special significance. It is named after Bishop Dauphin, a prelate of Pope Leo XIII, who was born in 1806 and laid to rest in the church he commissioned on the site of the former castle. Before the 15th century, our house served as a slaughterhouse, reflecting the village's prosperous past. Today, it stands as a testament to the architectural brilliance that thrived during the reign of Louis XII, with its stunning granite and limestone facade that radiates a warm glow at sunset during the summer months.

Indulge in our "Eat Well" philosophy, where meals are either enjoyed in the company of fellow guests in the dining room or in the privacy of your own space. Our dishes are carefully crafted using organic and locally sourced ingredients, depending on the season and the inspiration of our talented chef. Start your day with a delightful breakfast served in the living room, garden, courtyard, or garden, accompanied by the cheerful melodies of the birds. Our homemade jams, yogurt, cakes, and other treats are all organic, ensuring a wholesome start to your day.

Don't miss the chance to take home a taste of the region. We have a selection of local products available for purchase, including fruit syrups, jams, honey, and wines. Relish in the flavors of the area long after your stay at Maison Dauphin.

Come and immerse yourself in the captivating history and culinary delights that await you at Maison Dauphin.
