This description is for a converted farm building that consists of four self-catering cottages. One of the cottages is connected to another cottage and a laundry area.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen area and toilets. The first floor has bedroom 1, which has a double bed, and bedroom 2, which has two single beds. There is also a bathroom on this floor.

The gîte offers amenities such as heating, TV, microwave oven, and dishwasher. Additionally, there is a shared coin-operated washing machine and dryer available in the laundry area. Garden furniture is provided for guests to use.

The property features beautifully landscaped gardens, a courtyard, and a play area with various activities like table tennis, table football, basketball, and badminton.

Guests have the option to hire bedsheets and there are babysitting facilities available.

Located in a quiet and sunny area near one of Finistère's most famous coastlines, this gîte is tastefully furnished and comfortable. Children can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities while you relax in either the shade or the sun.

Welcome to our holiday home, a beautifully restored property with a rich history dating back to 1733. The original construction date, carved in stone, still remains visible, providing a unique charm to your stay. However, despite its historic roots, we have ensured that the house is equipped with all the modern comforts you need for a relaxing vacation.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, electric hob, cooker, toaster, and electric kettle. Additionally, we provide a coffee machine for your morning brew.

The living area features two comfortable sofas, a TV, and a DVD/CD player, allowing you to unwind and enjoy your favorite entertainment.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished, with a room containing a 140x190cm bed and another room offering two beds measuring 90x190cm. All our beds are equipped with slatted frames and high-quality mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep.

The bathroom includes a bathtub, providing you with the option for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring.

Outside, you can enjoy our beautiful garden furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, a parasol for shade, and a barbecue for memorable al fresco meals.

For your convenience, we provide a shared laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.

Additional services we offer include free internet connection, a daily regional newspaper (available in July and August), phone access with a France Telecom card, bed linen (with beds made prior to your arrival) for 8 euros per bed, rental towels for 5 euros per person, and babysitting services upon agreement with a trusted babysitter.

To ensure a hassle-free departure, we offer a cleaning service for 25 euros.

Electricity usage is included up to 8kw per day, with any additional usage charged at 0.12 euros per kilowatt.

If you are traveling with a baby, please let us know at the time of booking, as we provide special amenities for our little guests.

Lastly, for motorcycle enthusiasts, we offer a safe and dry place to store your bike in our garage, known as "DODO MOTO."

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans le gîte de plain pied chez Mme. et M. GUILLO à LANJULIEN à la Foret Fouesnant début avril 2011, nous avons été très bien accueilli, le gîte est spacieux, très bien équipé, nous y avons trouvé tout le confort, c'est super calme pour se reposer. Vraiment nous conseillons à celles et ceux qui veulent passer des vacances reposantes de s'adresser à Mme. et M. GUILLO ces propriétaires sont supers sympathiques , cela fait 2 ans que nous passons nos vacances chez eux. Il y a de nombreuses promenades et visites à faire aux alentours. Nous reviendrons en 2012.
